Step 2

Explore the Hazard Database

Browse a curated, regulator-backed hazard library with smart filters and exports.

  • Filter by Location, Nature, Hazard Type, Class, Origin and Regulatory Ref.
  • Open any hazard to see acceptable limits, control measures and citations.
  • Export filtered results to Excel or PDF for offline review.
Step 3

Run a HACCP-style hazard analysis

  • Pick a product or ingredient from the Catalog.
  • Review auto-suggested hazards per process step.
  • Adjust severity / likelihood; the engine recomputes Risk and Significance.
  • Save the analysis to access it later from My Analyses.

Tip: Use the Significance auto/manual switch when you need to override the engine for a specific row.

  • Reopen, duplicate or delete prior analyses.
  • Export a polished report for auditors and customers.
Step 5
